Our Silicone Flashing is engineered for both profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces, offering superior temperature resistance from -74°C to 260°C. This makes it an ideal choice for a variety of environments and conditions.

Construction

Crafted from high-quality silicone, these flashings are designed to withstand the harshest weather conditions, including ozone exposure and ultraviolet light. Its one-piece construction ensures quick and easy installation, typically requiring no more than five minutes. The flexible base adapts seamlessly to most panel configurations and roof pitches, ensuring a secure seal regardless of pipe location.

Installation Instructions

1. Select the appropriate pipe opening and trim to size using a Stanley knife or scissors.
2. Slide the flashing over the pipe (lubrication with grease may be necessary).
3. Shape the flashing to match the roof's profile.
4. Apply the provided sealant from the Fixing Kit.
5. Secure the flashing with the screws and caps included in the Fixing Kit.

Note: One Standard Fixing Kit is required for installation.
